In the publishing business, you're only as good as your last article. The Jan. 18, 2012, issue of TV Technology had Bob's front-page article on television receive antennas, and he will have multiple articles in upcoming issues of TV Technology on topics related to the National Association of Broadcasters convention to be held in April 2012.
Bob writes product reviews for various Web sites, including Epinions and Viewpoints. Here are his latest Epinions review and his latest Viewpoints review. In Sept. 2011, Bob lectured journalism classes at Catawba College in North Carolina on the subject of "YouTube and Journalism," and you can read a write-up about it in the Catawba College student newspaper.
It's a video world, so it's not surprising that Bob has quite a few videos posted on YouTube and elsewhere. His most recent YouTube posting is a video of Bob playing guitar and singing a song called "Tattoo" at an open mic in Herndon, VA. Bob was also the videographer and editor for Only Rula!, an edgy online reality series on YouTube. Rula and Bob created a promo for the show, which completed more than 30 episodes before pausing for breath. Take a look at the promo for Only Rula!
